Classes
Sarah has been coaching aerial since 2016, it is her greatest passion besides act creation and performing. Aerial silks is her cup of tea, with lyra coming in second and single-point trapeze third. She has an intuitive and compassionate ability to meet you where you are at, and work with your specific goals in a supportive group or private setting. She is most known for her emphasis in strength conditioning (to level you up for those higher level moves), smooth transitions and love for choreography. Sarah also excels in teaching group children classes. They tend to adore her and she kind of adores them too!
Private lessons
During a 60 minute private lesson, Sarah will assess your abilities and goals as a recreational, semi-professional or professional aerialist. She will provide a 15 minute warm-up with pre-hab exercises, conditioning and technique drills, help to solidify foundational skills to motivate supportive progressions and work with the your creative inspirations of where you would like to take your training! Depending on student's ability and training space, she also offers an assessment of both for those interested to take Zoom classes only.
Semi-private classes also available (2-3 people total).
Group classes
Aerial can be more fun with friends! The community makes for extra support, laughs, and future open-gym training buddies. Beginner group lessons are 60 minutes long and intermediate / advanced are 75 minutes in length. These classes are designed to take you out of your comfort zone in a supportive environment working on conditioning, flexibility and technique training in either silks, lyra or trapeze.
Group lessons are 4 - 8 people.
Private Parties & corporate events
Whether you have a birthday party or team building event, a group aerial class is the perfect way to bring people together and safely out of their comfort zone for lots of laughs, connections, and new heights!
